1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 4–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary based on location, courier partner, or unforeseen delays.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on selected pin codes only.
All COD orders are verified before dispatch.
4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is confirmed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Please contact us immediately for urgent requests.
5. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.
6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
7. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Some items may be non-returnable, including sale items, personal care products, and COD orders.
Please read our Return Policy before ordering.
8. Are COD orders refundable?
❌ COD orders are not eligible for refunds.
Only replacement is provided in case of damaged or incorrect items.
9. What happens if I refuse delivery or am unavailable?
If a delivery is refused or returned due to customer unavailability, it will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

11. Are the products exactly the same as shown?
We try our best to show products accurately.
However, minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting or screen differences.
12. Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.
We do not store card or UPI details.
